Let Steve Do It — Fences Installed & Repaired

Vinyl Fence Installation

Clean white privacy panels, picket runs and gates that never need painting, staining or sealing — the lowest-maintenance fence you can buy.

Low Maintenance

Vinyl Fence Installation in Lowell & the Merrimack Valley

If you want a fence you can install once and then essentially forget about, vinyl is the answer. No painting, no staining, no sealing — hose it down once a season and it looks the way it did the day it went in.

Vinyl has come a long way. Modern panels are thicker, UV-stabilised so they do not yellow, and available in privacy, semi-privacy, lattice-top and picket styles. Steve installs the same quality panels the big fence companies use, but because he buys through his supplier accounts and passes the contractor discount straight through, you are paying materially less for the identical product.

The trade-off worth knowing: vinyl is less forgiving than wood if a section gets damaged, because you replace the panel rather than a board. On the other hand, it will not rot, it will not splinter, and it will not need a weekend of your time every few years.

Questions

Vinyl Fence Installation FAQs

Quality vinyl fencing is UV-stabilised and should not yellow noticeably. Cheap imported panels can discolour, which is one reason Steve buys through established fence suppliers rather than the lowest bidder.
Yes. Vinyl handles cold and snow load well. The critical factor is the post installation, not the panel — posts set below the frost line in properly sized holes are what keep any fence standing.
A garden hose handles most of it. For stubborn marks, mild soap and water with a soft brush is all it takes. No pressure washing needed.
